What we offer

Fast service, preventive maintenance

A heat pump that stops cooling during a heat wave. A central system that fails on New Year’s night. A furnace that shuts down at the worst moment. When your comfort is at stake, you need a team that picks up the phone, shows up, and fixes it.

We offer complete repair, maintenance, and emergency service throughout Lanaudière and the North Shore, as a one-time visit or annual contract.

Years of Excellence
Transparent pricing

Six clear price points for every situation

An annual maintenance visit is what separates a heat pump that lasts 8 years from one that lasts 12 years. It also preserves your manufacturer’s warranty and maintains the advertised energy efficiency. An unmaintained heat pump loses up to 5% efficiency per year.

Emergency service

Breakdown in peak season? We're mobilized.

A breakdown during a heat wave or cold spell isn't the time to search for an installer on Google. We prioritize complete breakdowns and aim to intervene within 24 to 48 hours. For real emergencies (commercial, home with vulnerable people), call us directly.

Repair, all brands

Six common breakdowns we fix

Heat pump no longer cooling

Noise or vibration
Compressor, fan, or mounting support, diagnosed and resolved on the spot.
Outdoor unit freezing
Automatic defrost issue, sensor, valve, or control board.
Error code on remote
We read the code, diagnose the root cause, give a clear estimate.
Water leak from indoor unit
Clogged condensate drain or pan, cleaned and re-tested.

Brands we repair & maintain

If your brand isn’t listed, call us, chances are we work on it anyway.

Annual maintenance contract

Planned tune-up, not
emergency repair

An annual maintenance contract means three things: scheduled preventive maintenance every year, preferential rates on service calls, and priority when you call for a breakdown. It’s the equivalent of what you do with your car, planned tune-up rather than emergency repair.

FAQ

Everything You Should
Know About Home
Comfort

  • Do you repair all heat pump brands?
Yes. We work on all common brands in Quebec: GREE, Conforto, ACD, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu, LG, Samsung, Panasonic, etc. We have the most common parts in stock.
What's your response time for an emergency?
In peak season (heat waves, cold spells), we prioritize complete breakdowns and aim to intervene within 24 to 48 hours. For truly critical emergencies, call directly, we evaluate what can be done.
Is the diagnosis paid even if I don't proceed with repair?
Yes, the standard service call fee applies ($250 + tax for 30 min travel and 30 min on-site). If you decide to proceed with the repair with us, these fees are included in the total invoice.
    Is annual maintenance really necessary?
Yes, for two main reasons: most manufacturer warranties require annual maintenance by a certified technician, and an unmaintained heat pump loses up to 5% efficiency per year, which translates to higher electricity bills.
What if the repair costs more than replacement?
We tell you honestly. For a unit over 12 years old with a repair exceeding 50% of a new one's price, we generally recommend replacement, especially since new models are eligible for LogisVert rebates.
    What brands do you install?
We primarily install GREE and Améristar brands. Both are recognized for their reliability and performance in Quebec winter conditions.

Built on Trust, Backed by Reviews

Real reviews from homeowners across Lanaudière and Montreal’s North Shore.

Great service from the Xalie Climatisation team! They installed my wall heat pump last spring, and honestly, it’s the best decision I’ve made. Clean, fast work, and they take the time to explain how everything works.

We had ventilation problems at home and Xalie Climatisation fixed the situation quickly. Fast, efficient, and very professional service. You can tell they know their craft.

I had them service my central system, and I was really impressed by their professionalism. The technician was super friendly, on time, and gave me lots of good advice to extend my equipment's life.

My central heat pump broke down during a heat wave and Xalie was there the next day. The repair was done quickly and everything has been working perfectly ever since. Reliable, human service.

I work with Xalie Climatisation every year for my AC maintenance. The team is always professional and attentive. It’s a pleasure doing business with a trustworthy local company.
